MaxiProx 5375
The HID MaxiProx® Reader is designed for installations requiring parking control and extended read range capabilities. It features a long read range of up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) with ProxPass and includes autotune technology to maintain read range accuracy within four inches of metal. The reader supports multiple output modes, including Wiegand, Clock-and-Data, RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485, allowing for flexible integration. Its “parking hold” feature ensures precise detection of vehicles in parking lanes. The device operates on configurable power requirements of 12 or 24 VDC, with current needs of 200mA average and 700mA peak at 12VDC, or 260mA average and 1.2A peak at 24VDC. The rugged and attractive housing measures 12.0″ x 12.0″ x 1.0″ (30.5 x 30.5 x 2.54 cm), making it both durable and easy to install.
