HID Global’s EXO Pro transponders are the most advanced general-purpose RAIN® RFID UHF tags available. Choose from options that mount on metal or any material while enabling read ranges of up to 36 ft (11 m).
EXO Pro devices improve data collection speed and accuracy for logistics applications, while making tracking more cost-effective. Members of the EXO family are highly rugged to withstand impact, high-pressure washing IP69K or chemical disinfection.
HID® EXO Slim Tag™ RFID Tags
HID EXO Slim transponders are the ideal solution for tagging shipping containers and other metallic assets. Less than two-tenths of an inch (8.3 mm) thick, these tags mount flush to any surface. The high impact polycarbonate housings shield internal components from the environmental extremes and rugged treatment of industrial container handling.
Some models of EXO Slim accommodate embossing, laser-engraving or adhesive labels, allowing the user to imprint a logo, barcode, serial number or text message. Other models come in a transparent housing with pre-printed barcodes or text securely protected underneath.
HID® EXO Tag™ RFID Tags
RAIN® RFID UHF tag technology enables anti-collision functionality, fast data-rate communication and password protection for precise, reliable reading. All HID Global EXO RFID tags are compliant with EPC global-certified UHF Class 1 Gen 2 readers and modules, with broadband capability for international operations.
Tough and versatile EXO RFID transponders are available for mounting on metal, plastic or wood. The tags are lightweight, waterproof and resist high-pressure/high temperature washing conditions according to the highest standard (IP69K). They provide high resistance to aggressive liquids and physical impact and deliver excellent performance and reading stability across fluctuating temperatures.
HID® FIT Brick RFID Tags
HID Global FIT Brick Tag LF/HF passive contactless transponders easily integrate into RFID applications requiring discreet placement of small, featherweight tags that deliver sustainable performance.
The FIT Brick Tag ABS ICODE SLIX2 transponder is among the smallest HF tags available. The tag provides a programmable user memory, optionally usable for NFC applications. Additional cryptographic functions are optionally available to support security sensitive applications like product authentication against counterfeit goods.
HID® FIT Ceramic Tag™ RFID Tags
HID Global FIT Ceramic passive contactless transponders easily integrate into RFID applications requiring discreet placement of small, featherweight tags that deliver sustainable performance.
FIT Ceramic units are optimized for placement on metal assets, such as tools, weaponry and surgical instrumentation. The hard shells encasing these tiny UHF transponders shield them from exposure to autoclave sterilization and demanding industrial environments. With a read range of up to 13.1 ft (4m), these tags deliver an excellent size / performance ratio when placed on metallic objects.
HID® Glass Tags for Animals
HID Glass RFID tags deliver consistent quality and reliability with patented direct-bonding technology that enables exceptional size-to-performance ratios.
Standard units are enclosed in biocompatible glass, making them harmless to animals. The optional parylene coating improves and accelerates tissue adhesion, preventing the movement of tags implanted subcutaneously into pets, fish or laboratory animals.
